Great hotel! The location was ideal, just a short drive from the airport and close to the city center. Free parking was a bonus. The restaurant had delicious food and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They gave us advice on what to see in the city and really made us feel welcomed. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall a fantastic stay!
There was no receptionist, which made us feel a bit confused and unsure about what to do when we arrived. We had to ask the staff at the restaurant for help.

We had a great stay at this family hotel in a convenient location. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff who provided us with great recommendations on things to do in this city. Additionally, the parking was never an issue and the hotel was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks English well. Good location with easy access to the airport and Bologna Fiere. Clean hotel with a quality restaurant. The owner's daughter provided excellent customer service.

Had a great New Year at this hotel. the staff was really kind and helpful with every need we had. the food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the traditional cuisine. the location was key for us as it was close to both the airport and city center.
The reception area felt more like an apartment complex rather than a hotel, and we had some trouble locating the staff on occasion.

The friendly staff gave us valuable recommendations on local activities and restaurants. the clean room and comfortable bathroom provided a good night's sleep, and breakfast had a nice assortment of items to choose from. the hotel's parking facility was a pleasant advantage, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant.
It would have been better if the reception was attended more regularly.
